Seize the Birthday #11

Came across this fun challenge the other day...had never seen it before but have seen some of the cards that have come from it!! For this card after I saw the sketch I had a vision of doing it inside out in a sense...I wanted to have the words lower than the rest of the card. So I bumped up the circle stamped paper to give it that look!! Of course I had to add the rhinestones cause its just not a card without them!! :)
